There are major TGV stations at Rennes and St Malo served from Paris, trains also run between Roscoff and St Malo, stopping at St Brieuc and Lamballe, where both car and cycle hire can be pre-booked.
If you are considering flying directly to Brittany, both Rennes and Dinard airports are within an hour’s easy drive from Plessala; whilst Brest and Nantes airports are each around 2 hours drive. Hire cars can be arranged at all the above airports.

Travelling through Northern France to reach Brittany is straightforward, using well
signed, fast roads, however if you intend travelling on a Saturday in peak season
please be aware that the Autoroute toll booths in Normandy can get crowded and cause
tailbacks; it may be quicker to drive on smaller roads, you also avoid the charges!
Toll free, good standard, dual carriageways are the norm in Cotes d’Armor and Plessala
is just 10km from the nearest exit off the N164 (from the Rennes direction) and 25km
from the N12 / N176 (St Malo / St Brieuc direction).
“Just to let you know that we had a wonderful time at La Belle Maison. Your directions
from St Malo were great and gave us an easy drive”.
